This is so flavourful. I did use fresh thai basil from my garden. I just love the flavour of thai basil 🙂 And this is so quick to make. Definitely going to be making it again and again 🙂

Made this at home, had to substitute serrano pepper for the thai pepper due to availability
Was really stinky while cooking but tasted great! Awesome w/ egg and mixing the runny yolk into the rice.
