Tapioca Balls with Coconut Milk (Thai Dessert) – Bua Loey Kaew บัวลอยแก้ว

Many foreigners know this Thai dessert very well but today we will change a recipe a little bit. Normally sticky rice flour will be used in Bua Loey but in this recipe tapioca flour will be used instead of sticky rice flour. This makes Bua Loey looking transparency and has different texture when eating.

Do not try this recipe because you will chew this tapioca ball for a whole eternity. I did not like wasted my time making this recipe I had to throw it away!!!
