Pattaya Marriott Resort and Spa is one of my favourite hotels in Pattaya. What i like best about it is the amazing gardens and swimming pool. Pattaya’s concrete jungle can get a bit to much at times, so to walk off Beach Road Pattaya into the tropical gardesn of the Marriott Hotel is quite refreshing.

You can access the hotel from both Beach Road, and 2nd Road. The hotel is conveniantly on the baht bus route which makes it easy get around the city, and also back to yuor hotel room. The main entrance to the foyer is from 2nd Road. They have many room types including Seaview and Garden view. The hotel is in a very good location, right next to Royal Parden Plaza Shopping Center and only a short walk or baht bus ride to Pattaya’s main nightlife attraction Walking Street.

Facilities include 2 excellent restaurants, 2 bars, and beautiful swimming pool with whirlpool, plus tennis courts, an extensive health club, and the Royal Garden Spa.

If you’re 62 years or older, you can save at least 15% on your room rate. You can also earn and redemm mariott Reward Points at Pattaya Marriott Resort & Spa. Qualified government employees and military personnel are eligible for special rates and offers.

Now that this place is an Avani hotel and Courtyard Marriott is now something else – what Marriott or SPG hotel options are there in Pattaya? Anyone know?? Need to know as come on business and collect the Marriott points

P Hern says:

That is pretty cool! I normally stay at pattaya Hilton I t seems that the Hilton beats out this place on all counts EXCEPT the pool. Hilton has a pitiful little pool . I do have gangs of ladies coming to my room so I don't know how Marriott handles that. NO problem at Hilton

MilesDei says:

I have a long vacation coming not too long from now and I have been unable to decide where to go, but it is looking more and more like I have 3 weeks in pattaya coming!! Its got everything I want in a vacation spot.

Nice one DF, finding a decent lap pool in Thailand is always a struggle. I like the Amari Gardens pool myself, can knock out 30 laps before Breaky.

fly guy wales says:

Stayed here many times over last few years on my business trips. Great pool, service and food. Nice to be able to have a change from Thai food at Paddy O'Reillys which is linked to the hotel. Two entrances make all the difference too. Beach Rd and 2nd Road. Guest friendly. The windows from bathroom into room crack me up but you can pull the roller blinds down! Personally I would prefer carpet in the rooms like at the Dusit Thani up the road. All in all great hotel. Just make sure your room door doesn't face 2nd road or you'll have a bit of traffic noise. Always had a garden view but a few floors up in the main building. Wouldn't fancy ground floor.

I dont want two lovely Thai girl, because most of them got a ding-dong.I much prefered to be left alone.

Olivier van kerckhove says:

Not sure if i would like to stay there, seeing that anyone can just walk in to there. Would give me a low sense of security.
