Pandan and Coconut Jelly (Thai Dessert) – Wun Gati Bai Tuey (วุ้นกะทิใบเตย)

A simple Thai Dessert, it is beautiful and has contrast layers between green and white. Pandan flavor make this dessert so unique and feel freshly when eat it. Also, it is so easy to make this one at home and serve cold in hot climate.
