This recipe sounds amazing! I was just wondering is black soy sauce the same as Thai sweet soy sauce?

Hi pailin…. i am a new viewer of your videos and I am loving it.

However, I noticed something….did you promised that you will explain why you need to split the cooking in two batches and you said you will explain why in the latter period of this video… i waited for it but you never explained why.

I think I deserve and explanation. 🤣👌

Be waiting.
