Hello 🙂 Iam trying to do thai crepes but in my country there is no any mag bean flour. Do you use it just for taste or for make crepes crispy? And if i dont use egg shell, does calcium hidroxide powder work same as egg shells?
How about the cook temperature if we use an electrical crepe machine?

Hi Domanee, I cant reply directly to your comment for some reason… We used chicken eggs, but you can also use duck eggs if you want. It is hard to find duck eggs around here though 😀
