What's the difference between Seasoning Soy Sauce and regular Soy Sauce? Is it like Maggi brand vs Kikoman? I tried the normal kind, and it seemed too salty, so I had to tone it down by adding almost another cup of coconut creme

this looks amazing RinS CookBook — too bad i dont have a charcaol grill, i guess i would just bake it in the oven. — or would it be better if i bake it first, like you did, than grill it on stove top using a grilling pan?

Wow ! I have been looking for a good Gai Yang recipe for ages and this looks like it ! I will be trying this this weekend for sure. 10 out of 10 for a great presentation and in both languages too. I have subscribed and my Thai girlfriend will be doing the same !! Just one thing, what is "seasoned soya sauce" is it like the Maggi cooking sauce you buy in Thailand? Thanks!
